  • How do I track my order?
    Bundles, closures, and frontals require a processing time of 2-5 business days. Shipping takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be sent in email form. From there you can track and receive update notifications through USPS. Custom Wigs and Clip-Ins require a processing time of 3-7 business days. Shipping takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be sent in email form. From there you can track and receive update notifications through USPS. We can only ship on business days, and business days are Monday through Friday. Orders made on holidays and will not be processed until the next business day. Allow 24 HOURS to view any updates on tracking numbers.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the hair has been shipped, we cannot accept returns, as we are unable to resell the hair. Exchanges are offered ONLY if you have received the wrong order, meaning hair that was not listed on your invoice, was the hair you received. You can cancel your order within 48 hours, there will be a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after the 48-hr period.
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    We do provide international shipping. The shipping time is 6-10 business days, and an additional shipping fee. We can only ship to a physical address, no PO boxes. Allow additional time for orders to go through customs which could take an additional 1-5 business days. All international order will include more information within their confirmation emails
  • What if my package is lost or stolen?
    We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once you receive your tracking number from USPS, they handle all shipping concerns from there. We will not provide a refund or replacement for any lost or stolen packages. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via www.usps.com using the tracking number provided to you. REMEMBER, lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Just Me & My Curlz. LLC
  • How long will my hair extensions last?
    With care, you hair can last up to 2 years.
  • Can my hair be dye, straightened, and curled?"
    Yes, however be mindful that too many chemicals or extensive heat can damage your hair. You can always risjchances of dryness, breakage, and tangles. When dyeing the hair consult a professional if you are unsure you can properly color your hair.
  • Will my hair shed?
    ALl hair has the potential to shed, there aremany ways to prevent shedding as best as possible. not cutting your wefts as much as possible, or sealing your wefts can prevent significant shedding. Some shedding is still to be expected.
  • How many bundles should I order?
    That depends entirely of you. For a sew-in 3 to 4 bundles will give you a desired full look. For longer lengths, 18" or longer, we suggest 4 to 5 bundles. If you use one of our closures or frontals, 3 bundles will suffice.
  • Can I use products on my hair?
    Yes, the most product is which, curly hair thrives on mositure, and water is always the best option. Aside from that, using conditioners, leave in conditioners, curl cremes, and light oils will keep your curls properly cared for. Make sure to use all products in moderation.
